Replacement Policy
We take pride in providing high-quality, 3D-printed products, but we know things happen. Here’s how we handle replacements:
Broken or Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to replace the item or offer store credit.
Items Broken During Use
We do not replace items that break during use. However, we understand accidents happen—please contact us and we may offer a discount on a replacement of the same or a similar item.
Beyond the 5-Day Window
If more than 5 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a replacement. Please inspect your order promptly after receiving it.
