When will my order ship?

We aim to ship all orders within 3–4 business days. Please note that during sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure your email address is correct at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We do not accept cancellations, changes, or modifications once an order is placed. Please double-check your cart before checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products. However, if you experience an issue, don’t hesitate to contact us—we're here to help.

I entered the wrong shipping address!

If you contact us within 24 hours, we will do our best to update the address before your order ships. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the destination.

My order is missing an item—what should I do?

Please email us at info@hellocutters.com within 5 days of receiving your order so we can review and resolve the issue for you.
