RETURNS & EXCHANGES: 

Returns will not be accepted caused buyer mistake. We will accept an exchange  caused from wrong size or color.  We do not pay for the exchange postage but will cover the cost of the new item that will be mailed back to you.

DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us at info@hellocutters.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item within 7 days of receiving your package.

discounted items are sold as a final sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged.
